About Mike
I was born in Wales (UK) and currently reside in New Hampshire, with my wife and son. With a lifetime involvement in sport, health and fitness, I've come to realize that health cannot be taken for granted as we age.My earlier years were dedicated to team sports (rugby) and I was fortunate enough to represent my country at Youth level and later progressing to a semi-professional level. Upon retiring from rugby and recognizing that I needed to stay active, I transitioned to endurance based events and embarked on triathlon, completing Ironman Switzerland and many marathons, along with obstacle course races.I currently coach athletes of all levels, who are looking to live an active lifestyle and I get a great deal of satisfaction out of seeing my clients reach and exceed their goals.I hold qualifications as an American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer and Certified Remote Personal Trainer.

Set an example for your children, they are watching...From Kate BJust wanted to give a big shout out to Mike from Fitlife Strategy! 🎉 He’s given me the accountability and consistency I needed to make some big strides towards my goals of gaining strength, losing inches, and fitting back into my clothes.
His remote delivery for personal training gives me my plan for the week - which allows flexibility to get my workouts in whenever it works for my schedule that week. (I do all my workouts at home or outside walking/running.)
You’d think by now I would have figured out how to change my lifestyle without the “all or nothing” mindset and crash dieting…but nope, I still hadn’t figured it out…
With Mike’s guidance, I’ve made a lot of progress in a relatively short amount of time. My clothes fit again (yay!) and I’m much more comfortable in my own skin - and down 15 lbs….but not focusing on the scale so much anymore…it’s just a number!
The time will pass anyway…might as well make the best use of it to look and feel your best! Thanks again Mike! I can’t wait to see how much further I can go…I will not use my age or “lack of time” or (insert other excuses here) to be lazy and complacent any longer!
What days/times are the in person workouts?Currently, they are run twice a week on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 5:30am. Sessions run for 45 minutes.Are the workouts suitable for all levels?Yes. There is a choice of exercises with regression and advancement for each exercise. Work as hard as you are comfortable with.Is there any contract to sign?No. You are free to cancel at any time.
