Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Remote Personal Trainer, and Certified Senior Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. Originally from Wales (UK) and now based in New Hampshire, he has a lifelong passion for fitness, from competing in high-level rugby to endurance events like Ironman Switzerland and multiple marathons.
Specializing in working with older adults, he focuses on postural stability, strength, and mobility, helping clients stay active and independent.
With experience coaching athletes of all levels, he is committed to supporting individuals in achieving their fitness goals at any stage of life.
